Fortress Solutions is currently operational in all our locations in Plano, TX, Leesburg, FL and Lenexa, KS. We continue to closely monitor the on-going and rapidly changing developments concerning the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our priority is the care and safety of our employees, customers and partners. Our focus is to ensure we have the safest work environment possible while delivering on our charter for the highest quality service to our customers. Fortress Solutions is taking every precaution to provide a safe work environment for our employees including increased, extensive facility cleanings, adjusted shifts and employee spacing to increase the working space between employees and moving quickly on any situation which may arise that could impact our employees. With situations constantly changing, it is possible that we could be impacted in some way as the number of cases in the US continues to grow. To that end we will continue to take every precaution to ensure the safety of our staff while closely monitoring the recommendations by the state and federal agencies. We are continuing to take proactive measures in all Fortress locations to maintain the highest levels of recommended protection available from this virus and minimize the impact on our business.
Fortress Solutions has been deemed an essential supplier to Critical Service companies by our customers and the US CISA/NCC, therefore Fortress Solutions anticipates that we will continue our Repair and Logistics operations in the event of a local, state or national mandate to shut down or shelter-in-place order. As conditions are changing quickly this could change over time and we will continue to provide updates as new developments occur.
If our staff is impacted in any of our several locations by this virus, we are prepared to again execute several steps to minimize the impact on the rest of our company. We may be required to suspend our repair or logistics operations in one or several locations in order to effectively address any local impacts and ensure the safety and health of the rest of the Fortress Solutions team. If this does occur we will continue to be available to all our customers to answer any questions through our Customer Service phone and e-mail contacts. We do not expect this to impact our Global Logistics or Customer Technical Assistance Center (CTAC) services. If we must suspend any service we will communicate to any potentially impacted customer(s) to ensure they are aware of the situation and our plan to resume services. We also continue to closely monitor those service providers we depend on for services in order to fulfill our customer commitments. We are also evaluating options in case a supplier experiences an impact on their service for us and you. We will continue to deliver the highest level of service for our customers and we achieve that through the outstanding work of our Fortress Solutions employees.
We are providing a country-by-country impact on our Global Logistics Services listed below. Our International Logistics team is working closely with those customers who are impacted by suspended services in the various countries.
